Darth Vader Gentle Giant Chrome Variant

Everything looks better in chrome! Today while browsing for Star Wars collectibles online I came across something I haven't seen available for purchase in a long while: An awesome all chrome Darth Vader from Gentle Giant.  This all chrome variant of Vader is pretty much sold out everywhere you look online.  So I thought I'd pass it along to anyone interested.

This all chrome Vader stands about 13" tall and even features a dual mode light up light saber powered by 6 AA batteries. The item weight is listed as 6 pounds, so this is no lightweight Star Wars collectible.

I stumbled across this one on Amazon and they only had ONE left in stock. So if you're interested use the link below to claim it. You better hurry before I change my mind and decide to plunk down the $265.95 and grab it for my collection!

Star Wars Collector on a Budget? Affordable Payment Plans are Availabe at Sideshow!

Let's face it. Times are still tough for many of us and although the economy is improving, it is doing so at a very slow rate. Many of us have had to stretch our budgets and pinch pennies when it comes to pursuing our hobby and Star Wars passion.   Most of us have had to cut back or stop buying Star Wars collectibles all together. Worse yet, some of us have even had to sell off some of our Star Wars collections to help make ends meet.

Things may be improving, but chances are you still have a limited budget to work with.  We are dedicated to bringing you information about sites and sources that offer Star Wars products that are unique AND affordable. That's why I think it's so important to tell you about a very cool option available at Sideshow collectibles.

These guys offer some amazing Star Wars statutes, dioramas, and other gifts. They also know many of these just don't quite fit in the budget of many collector's right now. That's why they offer an awesome Flex Pay Option! This allows you to split the purchase price of the product over multiple payments which means you still get that awesome Star Wars collectible, you just don't get as hard of a hit on the wallet!

Although they don't offer FLEXpay on everything, they do offer this flexible payment option on most of their products. They are even cool enough to let you search their site and only return those products that feature a flex pay option! Now me and my follow Star Wars collectors on a budget have a little more breathing room when it comes to our purchases!  CLICK HERE to shop all of their flex pay eligible products.

Senate Duel: Yoda vs Darth Sidious Limited Edition Diorama

Earlier this year Sideshow Collectibles announced they will be releasing a new polystone diorama entitled: Star Wars Dioramas Senate Duel - Yoda vs. Darth Sidious Diorama.

This Star Wars collectible, complete in stunning detail, depicts the epic battle between Jedi Master Yoda and the Master of the Dark Side...Darth Sidious.

Each diorama is painted by hand and will have it's own unique details and quality, making these truly unique and one of a kind collectibles. Estimated sizes are approximately 11 1/2" tall x 11 1/2" wide by a full foot deep.

The production is reportedly limited to 750 pieces so if you are interested in owning one of these masterpieces, I'd suggest dropping the $249.99 and pre-order. As with most Sideshow Collectible products you can also choose the flex-pay option for this product.

Star Wars Wall Clings from Fathead: Big Time Fun

Being from Michigan I am already familiar with a company called Fathead and their awesome repostionable vinyl wall decals and other art. They are probably most well known for their sports teams and life-size athletic related designs, but they also recently started making some very cool designs of other licensed merchandise.

Many Star Wars fans are not aware of the incredibly huge and awesome Star Wars wall clings they sell. That's right! You can now get life-size wall graphics of many of your favorite characters! The best part? They are safe for walls, install easily, and can even be re-positioned and reused! The last time I checked Fathead carried about 19 different Star Wars wall graphic designs. Some of which include:

• Darth Vader
• Yoda
• Princess Leia
• Han Solo
• Chewbacca
• Darth Maul
• Storm Troopers
• Clone Wars Annakin Skywalker
• Clone Wars Yoda
• Clone Wars General Grievous
• Clone Wars Captain Rex
• Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi
• C-3PO
• R2-D2
• Boba Fett
• The Millenium Falcon
• The Death Star
• A Movie mural and more!

With that in mind I thought I'd highlight a few of my favorite designs.

Darth Vader:
How cool would a life size Lord Vader look on your basement, media room, or child's bedroom walls?

Death Star:
"That's no moon. . . it's a space station!"
Why not team up the Darth Vader wall graphic with this AWESOME Death Star wall graphic. This graphic has truly amazing size and detail. This thing is HUGE, measuring in at over 4 feet wide and 4 feet tall!

Millennium Falon:
"What a piece of junk!?"
Luke would have been eating his words if he would have laid his eyes on this masterpiece. How cool would a HUGE Millennium Falcon measuring over 6 feet wide and nearly 3 and a half feet tall look on your walls?

Princess Leia
Hubba hubba! Since this is a family blog and likely visited by children I'll leave it at that! Let's just say I wish they would have had these when I was a kid!

Star Wars Movie Mural:
This wall graphic makes a great Star Wars gift. It's also the perfect choice when you can't decide on which individual Star Wars character to buy. This Star Wars movie mural measures a jaw dropping 8 feet wide x 2 feet high. It's truly a work of art and looks great in both and adult and child setting.

Boba Fett
How about the coolest of all? A 6 foot 4 inch tall Boba Fett!

If you have other interests beyond Star Wars (GASP!) then Fathead has you covered there as well. They have a huge growing inventory of selections. Pro and college sports, Batman, Spongebob, wildlife, even contemporary art; Fathead has wall graphics to please anyone!
