Today while browsing for Star Wars collectibles online I came across something I haven't seen available for purchase in a long while: An awesome all chrome Darth Vader from Gentle Giant.  This all chrome variant of Vader is pretty much sold out everywhere you look online.  So I thought I'd pass it along to anyone interested.

This all chrome Vader stands about 13" tall and even features a dual mode light up light saber powered by 6 AA batteries. The item weight is listed as 6 pounds, so this is no lightweight Star Wars collectible.

This collectible pays tribute to McQuarrie's unique Star Wars concept artwork. This statue captures the lightsaber battle between Lord Vader and Luke Skywalker and brings it to life as a Kotobukiya vinyl kit.

McQuarrie's concept of the samurai-inspired mask and Luke's breathing apparatus which wasn't featured in the film are two central themes shown. Sideshow Collectibles and Lucasfilm have announced a very cool new diorama entitled Fall of the Empire - Ewoks VS Stormtrooper.

The Empire needed somewhere to build a shield generator to protect the new Deathstar and the forest moon of Endor just seemed perfect. After all, the only thing to worry about where those cute fuzzy little Ewoks and their primitive weapons. Underestimating the power of Endor's inhabitants would prove to be a big mistake. This beautiful collectible Star Wars diorama shows just how big of a mistake it was!

This gorgeous high quality polystone diorama is completed with stunning detail. It features three Ewoks giving an unlucky Storm Trooper a once over with their primitive skills. Good thing Luke and Leia convinced these little rascals to side with the Rebels! Each of these pieces is individually painted and finished. These are no small Star Wars collectible either, each diorama measures approximately 16" high, 13" wide and 10" deep and weighs in at an estimated eight pounds.
