Let's face it. Times are hard. The economy hasn't picked up the way we thought it would and few have it as rough as those unlucky Sith lords who are in the all powerful space station real estate business. Don't get me wrong, the power to blow up an entire planet is great, but people just don't have it in their budget any more. Huge bloated space stations that are so large people mistake them for small moons are sooo 10 years ago. Downsizing is the new trend.
There comes a time in every Sith realtor simply has to cut his or her losses. Stop construction, post it for sale as "fully operational", and let some other sucker finish the project. This T-shirt outlines a very similar situation. Darth Vader has thrown in the towel and posted his under contstruction Death Star for sale in a tacky flyer you might see posted on the bulletin board in the break room at work.
